Jeff and family have been brilliant we are sleeping very well in our bed a old cast ion bed frame with a new comfy mattress his home is full of quirky old bits and pieces that they have found and repurposed or repaired a beautiful home. They have very kindly loaned us a Land Rover to get out and about while they have to work or look after little one.
We have gone out for a couple of day trips, one of which was visiting mundaring weir a feat of engineering providing water to gold fields and agricultural regions. The engineer C Y O’Connor took his life before completion due a high level of ridicule stating that the dam and pipe line would never work.
It did work and very successfully for years to come.
